Diagnostics functions such as conditions of use, sensor wear, operating time and CIP/SIP counter ensure greater safety, effectiveness and reliability. With the clearly arranged network diagram, even non-specialist maintenance personnel can read the sensor’s current state at a glance.
A patented load matrix evaluates each sensor’s individual wear data. An adaptive calibration timer calculates the optimal, process-dependent maintenance cycle.
Calibration and adjustment data history
In addition to the option to calibrate Memosens sensors in the laboratory, MemoSuite Advanced software simplifies the diagnostics and database documentation of the sensors. Calibration and adjustment data are displayed graphically. It is possible to select the sensors to be displayed. Absolute and relative time axes can also be presented.
Graphical display of wear values
The temperature and pH load of Memosens sensors can be displayed in bar charts, allowing them to be clearly communicated. The characteristics and load conditions include: initial start-up and operating time, maximum operating temperature and number of calibrations and sterilizations.
